Posted:Monday, December 01 2008, 07:57:48 | | I ordered three coffee mugs back in October and now four phone calls later and three emails, I still have not received my correct items. When you call customre service you get the feeling that you are dialing overseas. You speak with individuals who english has to be their second language and you hang up feeling like you were not understood completely. On our fourth phone call I asked to speak with someone in management and I had the phone handed to someone sitting at the next desk. I heard laughter in the background and when I asked to speak with corporate office or someone above the "manager"that I was speaking to I was told that there was no one in a higher position than her. I'm disappointed. I was very excited to place orders in the future because my children love The Office but now I wouldn't place an order to save my life. |
