DO NOT Buy from Cellular-blowout. I purchased a cell phone from them and have not received a phone or a refund as of today. First problem is that they billed my account without the item being in stock. You will notice that according to their website, the order goes to the warehouse then it is billed. This mean that they knew they did not have the item and billed me anyway. I waited two weeks, then cancelled my order. and ask ,for a refund no reply. 1 Month later I have not seen a refund or an answer. I sent many email asking what is going on. No reply. I called the 1-866 number and I am told by a recording to send an email. I spend 240$ and get noting.
