If you are thinking of purchasing from Andy's Auto Sport website STOP!!! I ordered headers and never received the product nor get a refund. I called several times, spoke to the manager, and the headers were never shipped nor i was refunded my money!!!! Save yourself a headache and purchase your automotive products elsewhere!!!!!

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS RETAILER!!!! I wanted to buy a PAIR of go rhino truck steps for my wife's b-day and their prices seemed pretty good. I then proceeded to place my order online which the steps were around $50. It then told me shipping was going to be $70. I figured this must be a mistake so I called. They helped me and placed my order over the phone and shipping was $25 and I made sure to ask the rep that they did come in a pair and he said yes. I then get a call a week later stating they can't sell me a pair for that price, I come to find the person that took my order mistyped 2 pair instead of one and everything was ok, but I made sure to confirm again that they do come in a pair and they said yes. I then receive the product and I have two problems...it's not the same style I ordered and there is only one step! I call up again to find out there was a redesign and the step pictured is no longer manufactured...which I understand things happen. I then confirmed again that I should have received a PAIR of steps, not just one and the rep said yes. He said he would send one out right away and I would get a confirmation email in 2-3 days when shipped. No email. I call and talk to another rep and now they say they are sold seperate, I ask to speak to a manager. I get the manager on the phone he says there was a typo on the internet which all the people take orders from and they are infact sold seperate. He then tells me I can return the item for a refund or he will sell me another one at his cost (which is $1 less than I bought the first one for!!!) I said I talked to multiple sales staff and they all confirmed that I should receive two and on top of that I was told another step was being sent out and I had to call to find out it wasn't, they didn't call me! I should receive the second step at no charge. The manger won't do it. Needless to say I got very mad which is hard to do, hung up and will not do business with them or steer anyone else away from doing business with them forever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Just the facts:
1- Ordered an accessory Apr 23, 2009. Their web page (s) state 7 to 10 days shipping and then an e-mail with tracking number. I requested an e-mail for conformation (most reputable companies have no problem with that) and was told one was forthcoming.... No conformation e-mail
2- Approximately ten days pass with no communication from Andy's so I checked my credit card account and noticed that Andy's had charged my account. Called and spoke to Moses and was told that that was their policy and that the item would be shipped out the following Mon or Tues. No tracking number, no product.
3- Called May 26 (over one month from original order) and was told by Sarah that it will be shipped on the first of June. It is now Jun 7th. No communication from Andy's, no product.

Conclusion: I should have realized when they stated it would takd seven to ten days that they didn't have the item in stock or as a matter of fact they don't have ANY items in stock. It appears they take your money, place an order with the manufacturer or wholesaler where it would be up to them to ship the order oujt and Andy's Auto is done. No follow up of any kind. Sweet deal for them, a few phones, a few people to take orders and that's their overhead. They tout themselves on their webpage as the champion of customer servise....NOT. Recommend to stay as far away from this site as possible. I feel their unethical, untruthful and give a poor name to online commerce.
